Position Overview: As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards, enhancing guest experiences, and driving business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our journey as we evolve into a Group of multiple properties.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:Lead and manage all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining the highest levels of service excellence.Collaborate with department heads to optimise efficiency and guest satisfaction.Guest Experience:Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.Address guest feedback promptly and proactively.Oversee guest services, ensuring exceptional experiences from check-in to check-out.Financial Management:Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize revenue.Implement cost-effective strategies while maintaining quality standards.

Staff Management:

Sales and Marketing:
