IT Support Engineer

My client, a well established organisation based in Aberdeen, are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role will see you working directly with the IT Manager, and will be an excellent opportunity to learn and develop yourself while settling into the role.
You should be able to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients with their IT needs and a strong commitment to adaptability and self-sufficiency.
Your qualifications and experience should include:
A customer-centric mindset and a proactive attitude
Readiness to provide initial support to customers and escalate issues as required
Confidence in managing customer inquiries and accurately documenting their requirements
Effective triage of ongoing issues and tasks
Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English
Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Possession of a valid driver’s license or the ability to commute effectively.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
Knowledge and technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows, Windows 11, Microsoft Office Applications, and Microsoft Active Directory.
