Sygna offer services for both the end client and main contractor with regards to commissioning management, these separate appointments are categorised as Main Contractor Commissioning Manager (CxC or CxM) and Client sided Commissioning Agent (CxA).

Job Description
This role is based on ensuring that all matters related to HR administration are conducted seamlessly, supporting (and reporting into) the HR Business Partner.
The role involves collaborating with other members of the administration, Legal and Finance teams to ensure that all aspects are appropriately covered (whilst avoiding double handling).

Key Responsibilities:
Own onboarding process to integrate new hires smoothly into the company culture, process and work.
Ensure all information required for UK and EU payrolls are obtained and uploaded.
Ensure our Probation, Starter and Leaver processes are seamless.
Maintain staff training and PDR trackers.
Support the Sygna EMEA wellbeing programme.
Updating Staff List on internal system.
Issue employee change letters.
Probation review - issue reminders to line managers to ensure deadlines are not missed.
Immigration - collation of documents required by agents.
Ensure sufficient familiarity to act as ‘cover’ for the Business Administrator tasks that are HR in their nature.
Support HR tasks entrusted to the HR Business Partner, including:
People and Reward & Recognition Strategies.
Immigration and onboarding process when staff are sent to work outside of UK.
Ensuring that all job roles have an active Job description.
Develop (launch and train) PDR process.
Updating the banding and benefit matrix.
Review develop and enforce people related policies.
Support Responsibilities:
As HR Administrator, you are expected to actively collaborate with the wider team on areas that are not within your direct responsibility, including:
Recognise the challenge of securing suitable labour (particularly in the EU)
Support the Group insurance programmes to the extent that they relate to employee insurances (Life and Health)
Contribute to the content of the Staff Room (our intranet)
Help the Board to review and embrace staff training/development opportunities
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a role that involves process or project administration (or tracking) for a commercial business, ideally within an HR role but that is not essential.
CIPD Level 3 (Foundation Certificate in People Practice) or equivalent professional experience is desirable but not essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
The role is a mix of office and home-based work (minimum of 3 days per week in London office, to include Wednesday and Thursday)
