Opening in June 2024, Nest Farmhouse is the latest venture from the creative team behind Nest & Restaurant St. Barts (One Michelin Star & Michelin Green Star 2024).
Housed in a converted cow shed this Restaurant & Rooms is nestled on a sprawling thousand-acre farm at the highest point in North Norfolk. The A La Carte menu is built on seasonal British produce using the finest local and foraged ingredients from the North Norfolk coastline, plus produce coming directly from the farm & other local farmers. There will be a focused and thoughtful drinks menu, including wines, cocktails and locally brewed beers.

Role & Responsibilities:
Be an integral part in the opening of this exciting project
Capable of running each side of FOH including Bar service, Food service & Wine service (good wine knowledge is preferred, or at least a love a wine & eagerness to learn more!)
Personable & Confident. This is a very small restaurant where you interact on a very personal level with everyone involved; all members of the kitchen & FoH teams, the owners & most importantly the guests. Your attitude and openness is the most important thing for us.
