Day to Day of the role:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Central and Northern European market to encourage growth in services.
Collaborate with the senior team to forecast market demand and growth.
Work closely with the internals teams on campaigns to drive new business and commercial growth.
Provide product development feedback based on client requirements and market experience.
Lead by example in maintaining accurate customer activity records in the company’s CRM system.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients products to effectively communicate and deliver to clients.
Enhance company profile by attending industry events and conducting face-to-face sales roadshows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in sales, account management, or business development.
At least 3 years of experience in the shipping industry in commercial, operations, technical, or account development roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with Hubspot CRM system or equivalent.
