Job Description: Job Duties:
Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers
Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries efficiently
Updating customer information accurately in the database
Following call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency
Meeting call handling targets and KPIs
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure
Good attention to detail
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
Experience:
Prior experience in a customer service role
Experience in a call centre environment preferred
Working Conditions:
Office-based role in a call centre environment
Shift work may be required
Fast-paced and dynamic work setting
