Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will:
Lead the design of utility scale solar farms and related infrastructure such as substations and layouts. throughout the entire project life cycle, including conceptual or front-end design, to creating a finalised design that is optimised against the technical specifications, requirements and costing estimates.
Manage the projects through their respective phases, performing CapEx estimations, technical reports, risk or other analysis such as feasibility studies while ensuring company standards are upheld.
Support site infrastructure design where needed.
Work cooperatively with other internal and external teams to provide technical knowledge and advice along with accurate costing or lead time estimates.
