Key duties will include:
Handling inbound customer sales enquiries on the telephone and via email
Checking stock levels, pricing and producing quotations using the company database.
Accurately processing sales orders
Dealing with customer queries, obtaining technical information regarding products where required
Sourcing items from other suppliers when required
Identifying opportunities to upsell on orders where possible
Good ICT skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook and Microsoft OneNote is essential.
