Customer Service Admin

Brentwood

Customer Service Administrator required to join this small, busy, and personable team. Salary per annum will be between £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am until 5pm.

You will require own transport to access the office, and this is not a hybrid or remote working role.

Duties:

Handle and escalate telephone and email enquiries

Prepare quotations and process orders

Record customer queries and complaints

Liaise with service providers over day-to-day operations

Liaise with the finance department, customers and suppliers to resolve invoice queries

Research new solutions to different customer requests

Set up new supplier accounts

Support month-end invoice process

Benefits:

£24,000 - £26,000 per annum

Experience:

Previous customer service and administration experience

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, busy environment

Excellent IT skills
