Contracts Manager – Devon A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a well established and busy local contractor on a permanent basis to cover the region. Provide pre construction and pre contract advice to ensure for the smooth running of site activities
Skills: Experience of running large value contracts, programming, JCT and NEC and design management
Detailed Health and Safety knowledge
Knowledge of building, material components and building regulations
Competent IT user
Relevant driving licence
